Lunch & Learn - My Sushi Sensei
Isaac will start off showing us the tools and tricks of his trade.
He will then take us through the origins of sushi up to
the modern day, touching on Sashimi, Nigiri,
Hosomaki (traditional rolls) and Uramaki (specialty rolls).
Watch as he demonstrates his traditional
cut and rolled sushi skills!
